Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all photography services provided by Anna Naumenko, operating as Anna Stories Photography, Vancouver, BC. By booking a session you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Anna Stories Photography agrees to provide professional photography services on the agreed date and at the specified location(s), using professional photography equipment.

Clients acknowledge that they are familiar with the Photographer's style and portfolio. The Photographer will use their artistic judgment to document in a consistent style.

Clients will receive a minimum of 50 professionally edited digital photographs. Additional images may be delivered at the Photographer's discretion depending on the session and flow of the day.

Final images will be delivered via a private online gallery. Images are high-resolution and free of watermarks. Gallery access remains active for 1 month from the delivery date. Final edited images will be delivered within 1 week after the session date.

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all images before the gallery expires.

• —A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking
• —The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the session

No services will be provided until the deposit is received.

The deposit is non-refundable. If the Client cancels, any payments made are non-refundable.

Rescheduling may be allowed subject to availability and must be requested in writing.

If the Photographer is unable to perform due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement photographer, or provide a full refund of all payments received.

The Photographer retains full copyright of all images.

Clients receive a personal-use licence, which includes:

• —Printing for personal use
• —Sharing with friends and family
• —Posting on social media

Images may not be sold or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

By booking a session, the Client grants the Photographer permission to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer privacy, this must be agreed in writing before the session.

Anna Stories Photography will act with professional care and skill. In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or an accident preventing image delivery, liability is limited to a full refund of all amounts paid for that session.

Anna Stories Photography is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
